Shipping and Payments

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. In addition to domestic or local delivery, we also offer international shipping and delivery.

The delivery period of any order depends on the location of the buyer and the shipping mode/method. Orders will normally arrive faster for local delivery (within the United States) compared to international delivery.

We employ a selected range of shipping services, such as FedEx, DHL, USPS, and Sealink Express, for our domestic and international shipments.

We offer a range of payment options, including bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Chime, e-transfers, Venmo, and Bitcoin.

Automatic free shipping applies to your shopping cart at checkout for orders $500 and above worldwide.

Product Questions

We aim to make our customers happy with their products, but if you need to return your order, we’re happy to help.

Our return period is 30 days from the day of delivery (the day the bought item was received or delivered), and it’s free of charge. The returning product must be unopened and in good condition. More information can be found on our return policy page.

We currently offer a 15% discount on orders $1000 and above. Occasionally check the home page banner for any information on discounts and coupon codes, as we normally showcase this information on our homepage banner or top bar menu.

If your product is damaged during delivery, contact us 24 hours post-notice. We’ll make sure to replace the damaged product as soon as possible.
