Shipping and Payments
Yes. In addition to domestic or local delivery within the United States, we ship internationally to the UK, Canada, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Australia. We also ship to most European countries and the Americas (North and South America).
The delivery period of any order depends on the location of the buyer and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders will normally arrive faster for express shipping and vice versa for standard shipping. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email with a tracking number once the order process is complete.
We use Sealink Express shipping for the majority of our domestic and international deliveries. Carrier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS have been our go-to for several years.
We offer a range of payment options, including bank transfers, Apple Pay, Pay, Chime, e-transfers, and Bitcoin/cryptocurrency.
Automatic free shipping applies to your shopping cart at checkout for orders $1000 and above.

We aim to make our customers happy with their products, but if you need to return your order, we’re happy to help.
Our return period is 30 days from the day of purchase, and it’s free of charge. The returning product must be unopened and unused and notify us about the return 48 hours after purchase.
We do offer discounts and coupon codes on certain occasions. Check the home page banner for any information on discounts and coupon codes, as we normally showcase this on our homepage banner.
If your product is damaged during delivery, contact us 24 hours post-notice. We’ll make sure to replace the damaged product as soon as possible.
